“I had an issue with a GFCI receptacle that I just couldn’t resolve. I, at the suggestion of a friend, called Brightside Electric and Justin West. While on the phone he walked me through the process of installing the receptacle and it still wouldn’t work. He came out to the house and troubleshooted the problem, and within 30 minutes he figured out the where the issue was. Turns out it was a faulty neutral wire. Justin carefully walked me through the process of what needed to be done and came back the next day to fix the issue. It was an arduous job, but an hour and half later the wire and receptacle were installed and operating. Justin was very professional and explained in detail what steps he was taking to ensure the problem will be fixed. I am very thankful for Justin for his efficiency and professionalism while solving this issue. As a result, I will be calling on Brightside Electric and Justin for all future electrical work!”
