“Tucker did an amazing job servicing my generator. He was very thorough and could have upsold me on a new battery but told me the one I had was holding a good charge and advised waiting another year. He changed out my rusted gas supply line too. I will definitely be signing up for an annual service with them. They were a little higher priced than a few competitors I called, but their promptness, professionalism, and knowledge is well-worth paying for.”

“Trying to find someone to do the 25 hour break-in valve adjustment was a real challenge post Beryl. Thankfully I got in contact with Aaron at GenTex and he was able to work us in to his schedule. The technician showed up at the front end of the estimated arrival window and was very polite as he quickly got to work and performed the valve adjustment. I hit him with a few questions about the unit and he answered all of them. Thankfully at this point, I should only need oil changes but if anything other than that comes up, I'll be on the phone to GenTex. They actually understand how quality customer service works and the glowing endorsement that comes when you meet your customer's expectations. This is such a simple concept but one that their competition clearly does not understand. Thank you again GenTex, the technician whose name I did not get (sorry), and Aaron who I assume is the owner. Appreciate you guys and the way you do business! Update.... They called to schedule a yearly service and I was on the fence because the oil change, plugs, and filter are easy enough to do yourself but I ended up having them come out anyways. Thankfully I did because a component in the ATS was not having a good time and this is something I never would have caught. Gentex was able to order the replacement part under warranty and returned later on to replace it. Austin was our technician and he was great, as was the other tech whose name I didn't get. “My family and I were coming back from Florida a 10 hour drive back to Texas. we stopped at the gas station to fill up right before getting home, absolutely exhausted just wanting to be home already and our debit card got stuck in the gas station pump. Were asking the workers and strangers for help and seemed to be out of luck with no assistance. when by the grace of God, Aaron pulled into the gas pump besides us and successfully got the card out with a pocket knife in a matter of 2 minutes.
