“03/21/2025 Not sure what happened to my original review. I guess Mr. electric of Conroe remove it? So we replace our panel for a 35 year old house ("was built 1985") at time during the hard freeze of late February 2021 at the time have small water damage so my wife and I was concerned we should give a electrician a call however, most of these electricians who's the most of the best was years experience are not available at the time. So we call Mr Electric and they're available at that time. I didn't know at the time they did the work very fast, quick, with reasonable price. ("That's my mistake") Our technician was his name was Carlos I believe? I didn't ask how many years experience does he have under his belt hopefully he's not available work with you guys anymore? After he was done, he left it like this. We had breaker keep tripping our fourth attempt to call company again they sent a different technician (Carlos was busy yeah right!) he did fix the breaker problem because the screw behind a breaker was not tight down. This new technician was surprised with the poor craftsmanship within your own company! I'm not any concern of electrical fire but POOR craftmanship show and they use a outdoor panel for the inside of the house. Please look at the picture ask yourself , do you really want to have someone to work on your house have bad workmanship like this??”
