“I have to say. I’ve been a little salty about this for a few years. Both of the techs I dealt with were very kind. But the first guy who showed up to my house was obviously learning and the guy “who knew his stuff” was out of town or busy. He tells me to buy a part. I buy it and wait for the manager (or knowledgeable person to show up to install). I pay for the first visit. With nothing fixed. Second visit. I have my part, and the manager finds out it’s just the breaker the whole time. Which I remember watching the novice technician check out. So I bought a part I didn’t need, and was charged for the breaker AND a second visit. I really felt ripped off for having to pay for two visits when the breaker issue should of been found out on the first visit. I also wasted money on a part I didn’t need to replace. I wouldn’t call these electricians again if my breaker box were on fire.”
