“Steven has the worst customer service ever! Rude, super unprofessional, never answers emails or phone calls! Obviously he’s running his business alone and has way too much on his plate, either way he comes out to do a job with a fixed price, that he sets and doesn’t fix a thang! and then won’t come back after successfully charging you and not fixing the issue. it’s like he went out got his LLC slapped a badge on his shirt and started sticking forks in units and saying “ all right, that’ll be $500!” Oh yeah, and there’s no customer service number.. definitely needs a date with a Better Business Bureau!”
