Sjl Electric Llc
Electrician · Converse, TX
About
Sjl Electric Llc works as an electrician crew based in Stockdale, Texas. They cover electrical needs for homes and businesses around that part of the state where older wiring and storm damage keep crews busy on a regular basis. The outfit handles calls from property owners who need power connections sorted out without extra layers of hassle. Bob has been noted for taking details over the phone and lining up crews to finish tasks on site. In a small town like Stockdale the work often mixes quick repairs with bigger setups that match the demands of rural properties and local weather patterns.
They put in meter loops to restore or establish service at customer locations with Bob directing the crew to wrap things up inside a week after the initial contact. Residential and commercial jobs include running circuits and providing breakers along with other electrical gear when homeowners or contractors stop by. Quick turnaround gets mentioned for summer projects where timing matters to avoid downtime. Larry has handled outreach on items like shipping containers but follow through on scheduling has fallen short in some cases. Staff at the location have also been described as short with people coming in to buy equipment such as breakers and related parts.
Speed shows up in reviews for jobs completed without long waits and prices stay competitive when the work gets done right. Quality holds in cases with fast results on residential or commercial electrical tasks but communication gaps and rude exchanges at the site lower the marks across the board. Inconsistent responses from different people on the team create the main complaints that pull the average down despite solid outcomes on some projects. DIRT Score 2.24 from 12 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Im very impressed with this company. I needed a meter loop installed and called these guys up and im glad i did. Bob was really polite and helpful, i told him what i needed over the phone and sent him the location and within a week it was completed. I didn't even have to meet his crew out at the work site. I will definitely use this company again and i highly recommend them”
“Larry reached out to us to purchase a specialized 20’ shipping container and then stopped responding when it was time to schedule delivery. When we called back several times, he pretended to only speak Spanish - I would not advise working with such an unprofessional person/company”
“I have never met someone to be such disrespectful and rude. Not sure how this place is in business. I would have rated 0 stars if I could’ve I drove to the physical location I introduced myself to one of the employees as I was wanting to buy electrical equipment, such as circuit, breakers and safety switch disconnects Employee told me to speak to the owner Bob as I was trying to introduce myself to Bob, telling him my name and letting him know, as I am looking to purchase circuit breakers and safety disconnects Bob the owner refused to shake my hand aggressively pushed me out the door and slammed it and locked it. He never said a word I am not sure why would such a thing like this even happened to me I was speechless and in shock As I was walking back to my vehicle Employee said he treats them all like that This is very unacceptable and unprofessional How do people with no matters or respect can even stay in business”
