“Horrible customer service, horrible price. For tightening some wire nuts in a switch box, they charged thee hours of labor, totalling $180 dollars even though they were there less than 15 minutes. After questioning their charge they said they made a mistake and put two people's jobs on one ticket, so they reduced it to two hours of labor, still demanding $120. Even though it was never mentioned before the job, the said the remaining time was charged for driving to and from Kingsville. When I had more questions about that, they just hung up on me.”
