“Update: The manager reached out to me after my review and expressed his concern that I was not entirely happy. I reasurred him that his company had done a great job and that he had gone above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. Initial review: I’m an average home owner and I hired Jaime to remove/fix about 10 outlets in my house. They charge by the hour and worked VERY efficiently. Jaime was incredibly polite, tidy and helpful at the job. Unfortunately, a wifi cable accidentally got cut and I had to call my cable company to fix it. Mike was understanding and helped me pay that cable cost. Mike stands by his employee and seems to be running a very good business. P. S. Discount Electric counts the driving time to your house, and the time to clean up tools/work out a quote as part of their working rate. But this is apparently the industry standard, so just note that it’s: the actual labor + 1 hour travel/finishing up = the price.”
