“I had an excellent experience from the receptionist to Matt who came out and figured out what needed to be done, to Steve and Preston who completed the project. Everyone was professional and personable. Steve and Preston went above and beyond to give me a heads up about some things I wouldn’t have considered, outside their specific task, that saved me a whole lot of trouble down the road. “As a contractor of a large high end home in the Durango area I have been very disappointed with Durango Electrical Services. For a house that was completed in 2012 they used dated almost obsolete Lutron equipment on install. Recently the entire system crashed and needed to be replaced, DES has lost their privileges with Lutron and we had to use another installer. However DES would not be of any assistance with providing programming which cost us an additional $10,000. DES was at one time the best in Durango but now you would be wise to go elsewhere.”
