“My experience is a bit different in that David's employee damaged my electrical outlet and ruined a new Might Mule mother board for my electric gate opener. David promised to reimburse me for the damages. He did not. Attached is my last email to him. David, You have requested more info prior to your reimbursement for a replacement motherboard for a Mighty Mule 371W gate opener that was damaged by your employee. Tucker was his name. Tucker had wired the motherboard incorrectly causing it to short out. Photos of the damaged motherboard were provided to you and you stated that you would refund the cost of the motherboard that was damaged by Tucker. No refund was made. You came to my home and reviewed other damage caused by Tucker to an electric socket. During that time at my home you stated you needed other parts to repair what Tucker had damaged and that you would return with a check to settle for a new motherboard that day. You did not return with a check . I contacted you later as you had not made contact with me. You stated that Vance would come to my home and do the repairs and that Vance would bring me a check for the damaged motherboard. Vance came to my home, did the repairs and when I asked him about the check, he did not have the check. If I understood Vance correctly here is the info you asked for. The cost of the motherboard is $361.10. $391.00 tax after are added. That image is attached. A copy of my receipt for the purchase of the Mighty Mule 371W is attached. An image of the damaged motherboard is attached. I paid cash for the replacement motherboard. I think this has gone on long enough.”
