“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience. During the estimate phase, I initially spoke with one of the owners (the wife), who was professional, responsive, and followed through on everything we discussed. Once the work began, I worked primarily with the other owner (the husband), who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient in explaining things to someone with little electrical expertise. We ran into some challenges with the recessed light trims due to my home’s 2010 electrical setup and the transition from DC to AC. They took the time to troubleshoot the issue and were able to access the trims through the attic, which saved me from additional costs. They also installed outdoor outlets and an electrical drop in the soffit exactly as requested. One thing that really stood out was their commitment to honoring their word. They mentioned that pool light work is not something they typically like to do, but because they had agreed to take on the project, they followed through and successfully replaced a wire that was stuck in the conduit. That level of integrity and dedication is hard to find. If you’re looking for the cheapest option, this may not be the company for you. However, if you’re looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a company that stands behind its work, I highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to use them again for future electrical projects and will gladly recommend them to friends and family.”
