“I saw all the five star reviews online for JR Electrical Service LLC and decided to call them. I needed an interlock kit and 50 amp plug installed for a portable generator I had just purchased. JR asked for photos of my breaker box so he could give me an accurate quote. He responded very promptly with a reasonable quote and let me know approximately how long it would take to complete the work. We set an appointment date for the next week. I was pleased that he texted to confirm the appointment before and on the scheduled date. He arrived on time and introduced himself and his associate to me. He then walked me thru the installation process and answered questions I had. Work was completed within the time he estimated. He showed me the proper way to connect the generator and even assisted me with troubleshooting when I had issues with the initial start up. Overall it was a very pleasant and stress free experience. I will use JR’s services again and recommend him to others.”
