“Harlen Johnson sent out an AC tech to perform an estimate. The tech Emmanuel had a presence of honesty about him so I agreed to the immediate coil cleaning. I am getting a bit older and as a prior AC tech in the military I understood what you can and cannot do to coils. Emmanuel gave me some before and after pics. The flow of air improved. I also got a ver good estimate for attic insulation which is scheduled for next Friday. Thank you Harlen Johnson and Thank you Emmanuel.”

“Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, very reasonably priced. Had the complete HVAC system replaced. System stopped running 30 minutes after they left. They were back quickly and cleaned the primary drain line which allegedly had been cleaned earlier during the installation. They left no paperwork regarding the system that was installed, including the new thermostat which I downloaded from the Internet. They did register the system for me and I now have complete serial numbers and model numbers.”
