“They handled my very expensive credenza and ruined it. I payed three thousand dollars deposit and refused the pay the remaining balance of 3,100 due to the fact that the left the four hundred pound credenza in my garage. It needed to go to the second floor. My credenza was badly damaged and they took zero responsibility. Then reported me to a credit bureau. You damage my furniture and it’s my fault. Come on guys.”

“Richard Miller Custom Homes used Martin & Martin Electric / AKA MMD Services / AKA Monte Martin as the electrical sub for my home remodel. They grossly underperformed. It appeared they sent electricians but no supervisors and Richard Miller did not oversee their work. In wiring the house, they cut old wires, eg, in the garage, without replacing the connections. They did not follow the construction plan at all. The electricians seemed to "wing it": did not install wall switches at the ADA height per the plan, they installed receptacles at varying heights, one electrician told me he uses his hammer as the measure, they installed mismatched-white wall switches, backplates, and receptacles, one electrician wrote measurements on my newly installed quartz ctop, they ultimately jury-rigged the garage wiring so I now have to open the door in order to turn off/on the driveway light. I spoke with Monte Martin the owner, he seemed surprised to hear my report and clearly had no idea what happens at his job sites. He did not do anything to remediate my situation, and ultimately sent me another bill for >$2K through Richard Miller, which I did not pay, told Richard to tell Monte to eat it. The company advertises their work in art and other high-end installations, complete failure in my case. I see their shoddy work in my house every time I reach for a light switch. None of this was corrected by Martin-Martin or Richard Miller.”

“One Friday last May, I slipped out of Dallas and headed to an undisclosed location on the Western Slope of the Colorado Rockies. ;-) This was accomplished with the discreet assistance of a team from MMD Services - then known as Martin & Martin Design. The amazing team consisted of painters, a sculptor, a poet, and I think there might have been a musician in there as well - when they aren't kicking butt for MMD Services. An awesome bunch of young men I’d adopt in a minute. And then there was this amazing woman in the office - usually just identified as Admin. She was the icing on the cake. Monte Martin, the owner himself, gave me white-glove service from minute one. I will always be very grateful for the time and attention given to my move. These are the people to hire whether it's moving or any of the other services they offer (fine art services, exhibition design, custom fabrication, lighting design and full service electrical.
