“Our HOA had to replace the subdivision sign leading into the neighborhood that was destroyed by severe weather and high winds. We contacted three sign companies for price estimates and comparisons. After meeting with Mark and touring the facility, I knew this was the company to go with. Signs Manufacturing is a high quality and impressive facility. Thanks to Mark, I left the facility with a great deal of knowledge and information regarding the making of signs. Mark was a pleasure to work with and even arranged a zoom call on a Sunday afternoon, his day off in order to discuss the matter with our board of directors. During the call, he showed us different designs, fonts, placements etc. so we had a clear picture of what our sign would look like installed. The software and optics used in his presentation was excellent. Mark answered all of our questions and explained everything so well. His crew came out today and installed the sign and it looks great! The original install omitted a portion of our sign, so I had to follow-up with my sales rep to get the crew back out to finish the job, which they did, promptly. My sales representative was very knowledgeable about signage products, but he was very difficult to work with. He only communicated via phone (emails went unanswered) and almost never called me back. Whenever I called, I just had to hope he'd answer. I was also disappointed that, after voicing my dissatisfaction about my rep to customer service, I was not assigned a new one. All that said, I would recommend working with SM, but I'd suggest requesting one of the reps mentioned in positive reviews.”
