“What a disappointment!! My husband and I are attempting to get bids for a whole home Generac generator. We are interviewing and getting bids from 3 or 4 different companies. The Company #2 that came out to our home today was Zubra’s. Although the gentleman who came out was very kind, he could not answer any of our questions. I actually felt sorry for him. It appears he was thrown into the deep end. He said he didn’t really know anything about generators. He couldn’t give us a bid, he couldn’t even give us a basic price on the generator we were looking at. He told us we would have to call “Simon” The owner of the company to discuss. I asked if this individual would come out to see the house and talk to us. He said he didn’t know. “Perhaps the information I have already gathered would be sufficient for him”. Now, I made it perfectly clear when I made the appointment that we were looking at installing a whole home generator and we wanted to discuss it and get a bid. We’re very disappointed that we were not given enough care and respect to send out an individual who could answer all of our questions at the scheduled appointment. It was a complete waste of our time and a waste of this gentleman’s time. Guessing we will just move on to our Company #3. FYI, The first company that came out to give us a bid was two days ago and they were extremely thorough. They were able to answer all of our questions and give us a bid down to the penny. We discussed maintenance, future expenses, and even the size of the gas pipe. This was what we were expecting from Zubra’s 🫤.”

They did a great job with it. Everything works great and looks clean. They were very knowledgable, friendly, and was able to do the work much better than other electricians I have used before. Sam and Palmer both did a great job. It was easy to make an appointment. They arrived on time. They cleaned up after their work was done. The price was very fair. I would recommend them to any business for any electrical work. I plan to continue to use them for any further electrical work.”
