We had a few hiccups along the way but Austin was always right on it from scheduling, permitting, installation, inspections and final inspections in order to get us up and running. He was very committed to having our transition to solar be as easy and painless as possible. Due to his hard work he was actually able bring the project in a couple of weeks before our imposed deadline. It was a pleasure working with him. “The installers did a great job. It took 3 days to install the solar panels and battery backup. They took their time and did the job right, making sure to seal up the gaps where the conduits go through the outside walls. It would have been nice if I’d been kept in the loop as far as the design and technical details before the project started, but I guess most people don’t want to be bothered by such nonsense. I asked the salesperson what size the inverter was, and he said it don’t matter becuse I’ll still be connected to da grid. On the first day of the install I found out that the backup battery system can only drive ~30 amps, and the installer implied that it’s a very wimpy 30 amps, with probably no ability to handle brief surges to start a motor on a table saw for example. “Honestly, the first crew they sent out wasn't great and I wasn't happy with them, but the second team they brought in was hands down the best. ​Once the second crew took over, everything went perfectly. They were super professional, kept me in the loop the entire time, and actually took the time to explain how everything works step-by-step instead of just slapping panels on the roof. The installation looks awesome and everything is super clean. ​Huge shoutout to that second team for stepping up and doing things right. If you get the right crew from them, they do an incredible job.”

“Best Customer Service. Sales stays with you to assist with any question during install. Install guys were excellant. Had an issue and someone came out the next day to reset the system and showed me what to do if it ever happened again. Nail issues since. My loan is a consistent amount every month.And my electric bill is no more than twenty dollars a month.And sometimes it's not anything. I really wish I had done this.Sooner”
