“The storm that came through on Tuesday had up rooted a tree which then knocked down a power line to my house and it ripped down the electric meter. I called Alcorn on Wednesday and he said he was in the area and would stop by to assess the damage. Within 30 minutes he sent me a msg telling me he will let me know when he can get to me. 2 hours later he said that he will have someone out to fix the problem the next evening. By the time I came home from work Jake, Aaron and Rob were here fixing the problem. They were great, very nice and very knowledgeable. I am beyond impressed and grateful that they came so fast to help me. If I ever need any other electrical work to be done they will be the first I call and I will always recommend them to anyone in need. They were quick in and out, and hung everything nicely when they were finished. They were quick to respond to our questions, showed up and did a great job. “I wish I could leave negative stars to leave a review I own a remodel company Fig Homes TX and have hired Alcorn's Power House Electrical to do the electrical for me. When we talked and he knew my timeline he agreed on everything. I have in text he would be done in 2 days in the rough in. I paid my portion and agreed to pay his agreed part after rough in and then again the remaining when finished. First day showed up for 2hours moved 1 switch 2 plugs. 2nd day no show and no communication 3 day late night text saying we will be there all day Monday. Monday worked a couple of hours and then packed up. I asked if they could finish some things that are holding us back and also asked when he was coming back and he said no idea. while showing him what else I needed him to finish he began cussing me out aggressively at this point I became scared and asked him to leave. I for sure felt like he was not comfortable working with a woman. He also left a mess every time he was here.”

“Great work, really!!! Wonderful electricians. But sadly pricing is way off. We paid $450 for about 2 hours of work 3 years ago and then $1100 for about 2 hours of work this summer. We should have asked for an estimate prior to work, but sadly I just assumed pricing would be somewhat similar. Huge shock. Great work though if you have a higher budget.”
