Work on an AC compressor went smoothly for one customer who got the fix done quickly at a fair price with no charge for extra fixes after accidental damage occurred on site. Another customer stayed satisfied with repeated work on a 2007 Dodge Charger where tests led to a solid diagnosis and Evan was brought in to help sort out tricky problems through his connections. The crew runs assessments first then corrects issues on the spot to avoid callbacks while keeping pricing reasonable for the scope.
Customers consistently praise the fast response times that earned an 8 out of 10 mark along with fair pricing and solid quality on completed jobs. Many note the team communicates clearly and stands behind the work without pushing extra charges even when adjustments come up. A few experiences mention repeated visits needed on certain repairs which pulled the overall mark down but the bulk of feedback points to reliable speed and value that fits what Denton properties require. What Customers Say
“AC compressor went out and these guys did fabulous work, quickly, and at a fair price. 3rd party tow truck did some accidental damage and these guys fixed it right up without charging me a penny. I know cars and I know customer service… these guys are too notch. Definitely will use them again.”
“Extremely helpful people work here. Always satisfied with the work they do on my 2007 Dodge Charger. Quick and reliable every time. If they can’t figure out what’s going wrong with your car after running tests Evan has connections to come in and help diagnose your issue. Pricing is always more than exemplary as well. Definitely would recommend Done Right if you’re having any auto trouble.”
““You should have come to us a fifth time” this is what they said when I asked for a refund when another mechanic had to fix their mistake. They didn’t remove a gasket when replacing the master cylinder so there were 2 gaskets, not allowing it to seal properly. Took it back to them 3 more times to try and find the problem. Another mechanic found their mistake and was able to help us out. When I asked Done Right to make it right they responded that if I would have brought it back the 5th time that they would have fixed it. Evan was unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all. I would not recommend them”
“Brought car in now 3 times and each time they keep charging me more saying that it’s only fair because they have to work on it again? $800 for the 3rd time for them because they don’t actually know what they’re doing? I shouldn’t have to bring in my car more than once otherwise that means you don’t know what you’re doing. And charge me more and more for your mistakes, at the end of the day that just means you’re trying to get money out of people without doing it right even though that’s what you’re called. I don’t recommend this shop for mechanic issues”
“Went in for repairs they stayed true to the quote and did the job on time. They need to advertise out front they do carb work. I would have brought my 76 up there if I also knew it’s harder and harder to find a shop that can do that kind of work. Really nice old school mechanic outback also.”
