“First interaction and dealing with these gentlemen was outstanding. They were nice and quick. Getting them to return to fix problems that were discovered less than 24 hours of them doing work has been a challenge. Have been told they would return a couple times and they haven’t shown up and when I’ve contacted them it’s rescheduled. Spent quite a bit of money and was told the sprinkler heads had a 6 month warranty, but they won’t come back out.”

“We just had our system installed yesterday so nothing to report on service. However we are very impressed with the installation and professionalism of both Daniel and his crew. They worked tirelessly from 6 to 6 and came when they said they would and completed on time. They also kept the lawn demo to a minimum and took great effort in cleaning up. I highly recommend them (BTW) their price is substantially less than other bids and included extra zones for flower beds.”

“The installation of my sprinkler system went well and I was happy to not have to drag that hose around. After only using the system a few times it began to have issues. I tried to contact Daniel by phone and text 3 or 4 times to no avail. I was able to finally contact him and he committed to come out and check out the problem. Daniel was a no show no call after several days. I was able to repair the problem myself but was disappointed that I couldn't at least be put on a schedule. I know people are busy and I never expected Daniel to drop everything to fix my problem but I did spend almost 9k on my system and am not feeling very good about my investment about now. I should have done a better job selecting my contractor.”

“I finally decided to install a sprinkler system and contacted 3 companies. L5 Irragation was one of the 3. Daniel and I emailed a few times and he said he could come look at my yard on Saturday July 6th at 9 am. Daniel arrived about 10 minutes early and we walked around the yard. My grass area is approximately 46k square feet so I knew this was going to be a big job. Daniel took his measurements and said he'd get me an estimate in a couple of days. Sprinkler company #2 no showed for both appointments and company #3 showed up walked around took no measurements and text me an estimate a couple of hours later. I received an estimate from Daniel by Monday (2 days later as promised). He promptly addressed my questions. The estimate was thorough and presented in a professional manner. I sent him the required deposit. The job was scheduled for July 29th. Daniel took care of calling dig test. There was a 1 day delay getting started because dig test failed to mark the fiber line. Daniel was on top of it and they came out late Monday. The job was completed by Friday all the trash was picked up and the system was operational. I opted for the Hydrowise ap which allows me to run the system f”

I even took off work and rearranged my schedule and he didn't seem to care. You will not be able to contact this company and if you do, they simply will not show up. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. Response To Owner: My review was extremely professional considering the way you were disrespectful and flippant to my schedule. I was extremely nice and understanding, but three no shows in a row with no regard to my schedule and the fact I have a bad leak is unforgiveable. How was weather interfering when two of the times it was sunny? You treated me and my family like we didn't matter. I have texts and witnesses backing me up.”

“I had L5 irrigation at my home today for the first time. I need to start by saying I have some work starting at my home on Monday and this was as last minute thing. Daniel and I spoke at the beginning of the week and today he came over after all his scheduled jobs to help me out. I am overly impressed with their professionalism and their work is outstanding. “We had L5 come and fix sprinkler issues that the builder left behind as well as install drip lines for new flower beds and modify existing drip lines. They were very responsive and clearly communicated when they would come, they showed up when they said they would, and the work was completed efficiently. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and left my grass looking untouched even where they had to dig a trench to run sprinkler lines. Highly recommend this company for any irrigation needs!”
