“We used on point to install a brand new electric oven. The first visit they failed to reconnect the stovetop. They came back to fix the connection. In the process they damaged the oven door by denting it underneath. They did not make us aware of the problem. The oven door shattered when we opened it. We got a professional installer with Home Depot to verify. We went a month without a oven waiting on replacement part. They are nice people but quality of work is poor.”
