“This is a different kind of review since I didn't actually have the opportunity to work with Kage, but it counts. My power went out around 5PM yesterday in about half of my home. I immediately got online to try and pick an electrician to call and I found Kage with a 5 star rating. I called and reached Micah, and he was ready to come help immediately. We knew the temp was supposed to drop into the 20s and the furnace was not working. I said let's wait a few hours into the morning and we scheduled an appointment. APS came the following morning first and it turned out to be their equipment and they repaired it. But I have to say, Micah was professional, empathetic and very courteous and I won't hesitate for a moment to call Kage again if I need an electrician with staff like him!!”
