“I have these strange looking recessed lights in kitchen ... fixtures remind me of a space ship & there is NO way I can replace myself. When I ordered on Home Depot site it gave me option to have someone contact me about installing them, I clicked yes. Shortly after I got a call from a really nice gentleman, Jimmy. He went over their serice fee & i scheduled them for instllation couple days later. I was sent a text confirming the appointment & who would be the service tech. A nice young professional looking gentleman, Jacob showed up on time & in a matter of minutes had both lights installed.
