“As a 5th generation Prescottonian, I chose S&M since they’ve been in Prescott so long. Anthony and Brad did a great job! Anthony listened to what was needed, offered multiple options and price points. Everything was very upfront and never felt like a sales pitch or upsell. During the project, part of the bid became redundant. They told me what was found, explained why the work wasn’t needed, but also the advantages of the redundancy. I was able to decide how to proceed, confident it was the right and safest decision. I even bought the Safety and Service Plan membership, due to the value and discounts. The price easily paid for itself with such a big project. I’ll also use it for future projects for my rental properties. As a team, Anthony and Brad, worked quickly and efficiently. The job took a full day, which was expected, but no longer. They were polite, professional and personable. The old panel was mislabeled, but they took the time to correct that. Their attention to detail was also amazing. Everything was kept extremely neat and orderly as they worked and for the finished product. They even took a small amount of time to turn the label on the housing to face upright. It wasn’t necessary, and the only thing it accomplished was aesthetic, but my OCD appreciated this small detail. All of the office staff I spoke with were very polite. My first call in, their greeting even made me chuckle, so mission accomplished. They kept me informed as scheduling issues with APS (out of their control) fluctuated our times. For all these reasons, I’ll only use S&M in the future. Excellent work!”

“Jake did an outstanding job for me. Nothing like a smoke alarm going off and waking you from a sound sleep with its shrieking! Even a new battery proved to only be a temporary fix and it was chirping at me the next morning. I called S & M electric and was very pleased with the prompt and excellent service I received. Jake hardwired a new smoke alarm into the ceiling and checked all the other alarms in my home, ensuring they were in working order. He was very knowledgeable and he did a great job! I highly recommend S & M for all your electric needs.”
