“We love DD Electric!!! Our 1951 homestead has needed to have every indoor and outdoor lighting fixture replaced. Our professional JJ is outstanding in his field. I’m almost hesitant to report this in case you make him so busy we need er see him again!!! His colleague Sam is also excellent and courageous in the attic, under the house and in a hazmat suit! Every single office person Dawn, Autumn and Curtis is excellent in customer care. Scheduling is flawless and electricians are always on time. What I appreciate most is wonderful attitude, ability to tackle every difficult and challenging task, problem solving abilities, positivity, and treating me, the customer and my home with utmost respect and care. Cleanliness is stellar. My wishes are treated with integrity. Even the owner was instrumental in recommending other trades in a pinch. We are so very grateful for DD Electric. “Have been doing a remodel so lots of electrical work - think that I have met most of the electricians and journeymen that work at DOUBLE D ELECTRICAL in Port Hadlock. Che, Sam, Ben, Jordan and JJ have all been down to my remodel several times as we progressed and required 220 or new lines and or new switches and plug-in boxes. What I appreciated most is when I call their phone number Shelly or Autumn ANSWER right away and get in touch with their service personnel to schedule when they can get over to my remodel - and usually it is same day ( if they are already in area and can add my need on to their day!) or very soon after. I always call Double D for electrical and they continue to do EXCELLENT WORK and guarantee it!”
