“Arrived on time and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism from beginning to end. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job. My chandeliers and wall sconces look beautiful and I am very pleased with Quick Connect Electrical Services and will certainly use them again.”

“We are very disappointed with this company due to poor service, lack of clear communication, and unprofessional handling of legitimate concerns. They were hired to inspect electrical connections throughout the home and correct any issues. After their visits, multiple appliances and outlets stopped working, requiring us to hire another electrician to make repairs. Despite this, responsibility was repeatedly deflected, and explanations shifted depending on the conversation. Communication around scope of work, scheduling, warranty coverage, and total cost was unclear and inconsistent. When concerns were raised and an invoice adjustment was requested in good faith, those concerns were dismissed. We ultimately had no choice but to pay the invoices in full despite unresolved issues and additional out-of-pocket expenses. While problems were identified during the inspection, the lack of accountability and professionalism in resolving what followed made this an extremely frustrating experience. We would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing upfront and be prepared for limited follow-through if issues arise.”
