Ace Electric Co Inc.
Electrician · El Paso, TX
About
Ace Electric Co Inc. operates as electricians out of El Paso, Texas. They handle electrical installations and wiring projects that reach into neighborhoods and homes across the area. Their setup draws from a broader operation that covers engineering tasks and fabrication work alongside the core electrical jobs. The company maintains an office staff that fields calls and supports day-to-day coordination for crews out on sites. Homeowners in El Paso often call on outfits like this for fixes and new runs when local weather and older housing stock create demand for reliable power work.
Crew members show up for neighborhood wiring jobs that involve running lines and connecting systems. In one case they left an open hole with exposed wire right in a yard after finishing a stretch of work and would not fill it when the homeowner pointed it out on the spot. Office staff gets described as helpful when families reach out during emergencies. Some projects run into trouble when unlicensed workers get placed in charge while licensed electricians end up working under them which leads to disorganization on site. A few customers note the crews finish the electrical tasks without major follow-through on cleanup or safety details around the property.
Feedback on these electricians splits between reliability on certain jobs and repeated problems with communication and organization. Homeowners mention quick responses from the office in tight situations but also call out delays in fixing issues like yard hazards after wiring runs. Quality suffers when crews skip basic steps such as covering exposed work and price concerns arise from rework needed later. Speed varies with some projects wrapping cleanly while others drag due to poor planning. DIRT Score 2.67 from 14 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Very reliable and professional company. My husband has worked here for around 5 years now and they have been awesome to us. Ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. After having my son I was home alone with him and had a seizure. Finally managed to find the number to the office, as my husband wasn't getting service in the basement of the building he was working in. The ladies were very nice and understanding, especially since Im sure i sounded rather off and probably hard to understand. Within minutes my husband was tracked down and sent home. His boss has never given him a hard time when he has needed to stay home or leave early when my epilepsy has gotten out of control or during pregnancy and after birth complications. They care about more than just money. They care about their employees and families too. To me, that speaks volumes. Now, thats personal experience. When speaking of the company from more of a professional stance, they are very "by the book" when it comes to the work they produce and the safety of their crews. Highly recommend, not just because of the personal experience I've had with them or my husband being employed by them but because, they truly are a great company all around.”
“Company was installing wires in my neighborhood and left a big hole in my yard with exposed wire. When issue was brought up to them in person while working they declined to fill up the hole In my yard. They suck and are highly uneducated when it comes to communication.”
“Very disorganized company. Will set you up for failure and hire Guys without licenses and and have the guys that have a license work under for the guys without the license.”
