Trouble shot dimming lights. located fluctuating voltage on phase A and B Open neutral connection at main. Also located water damage on interior panel and circuit breakers. Noticed several violations no main disconnect on exterior also ac circuit running through main feed. -Install new exterior disconnect 200 amp 240 volts complete with surge protection and grounding system. Includes 100 amp sub feed to new interior panel. -Replace all circuit breakers in new interior panel. -Install new conduit with weather fitting to ac unit to replace existing interior fittings install ground conductor. Replace 10 receptacles throughout house. I would recommend this highly professional company to anyone needing help with electrical issues”
