Elite Solar Arp Solutions, Llc

Elite Solar ARP Solutions Llc works as an electrician focused on solar in El Paso. Agustin Martinez runs the operation that started in 2018 and handles residential and commercial solar installations. They put up rooftop and ground mounted panels, add backup batteries, and set generators. The company holds Enphase Certified Installer status and lists hours of nine to five thirty on weekdays with nine to three on Saturdays.

Customers describe solar panel jobs that range from full installations completed in one day with city inspection the next day and activation shortly after to projects that stretched past a year before connection. Some report Agustin Martinez walking through financing choices and answering questions during the process while others note repeated delays in support visits and no updates when timelines slipped. Reviewers mention both cases where the system ran smoothly after activation and cases where the wait for El Paso Electric dragged on without notice.

The company serves El Paso and West Texas from the address on Pellicano Drive. Phone contact draws complaints about unanswered calls and postponed appointments in some accounts while other customers say they reached staff easily and saw work finished on schedule. Pricing details stay limited to mentions of finance rates secured for certain projects without further breakdown from the business itself.

“Worked on locally owned business on Wyoming ave. Terrible communication and unpunctual service. Whenever this company was called for support or to help solve any issue. They would consistently pospone, in person help appointments. Overall, terrible experience.”

“Great product. Poor customer service. Job took over 1 year to connect the solar panels. Regardless of the reason, Elite Solars due diligence is to communicate the delay. Will not using again.”

“I had a great experience with Elite Solar, they are very professional and have kept all appointments and did the entire Job in a timely manner. They got me a great finance rate and explained all my options before starting the project. Highly recommend them, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied from beginning to end.”

“Simply, I am happy. This review is with the system operational for 1 week. We were told to expect a one day installation and the inspection down the road about 2 to 4 was and then wait on El Paso Electric for as much as 6 - 8 weeks after. Well our experience was installed and tested on Monday inspected by the city on Wednesday, and activated on Thursday. Now that is impressive! I am happy with the work, communication, and the ability to get my questions answered. I recommend Mr. Agustin Martinez and if you are playing this game tell him that I (Tom) sent you and I get a referral. If you wish have him give you my number and we can talk.”
