“The owner Hector Gamboa is my parents neighbor. Moved into our neighborhood 3 years ago, screams at his wife and kids daily to the point neighbors come out to see what’s happening, every time he waters his property he completely floods mine and despite being asked politely multiple times and even having the police ask him multiple times to stop he continues. My father is a paralyzed veteran and can’t get around his own property when hector floods us. When trying to resolve the issue he has gotten ignorant and threatens my paralyzed father who lives in a wheelchair MULTIPLE times now. Tonight he told my dad to “come outside”…. What self respecting grown man threatens a paralyzed person in a wheelchair for asking him to be a decent neighbor for once?! Disgusting behavior”
