“My mother called A&M Electric, this past Friday afternoon and spoke to Adrian and he assured her he would arrive by 2pm on Monday to fix a gfci outlet. At 4:30pm, Monday he was contacted to asked what happened. His response was he forgot to schedule her service and wanted to know if he can reschedule. He was told no, not our fault he didn't schedule while he was on the phone with my mother and to make the service call tonight. He later called to reschedule for Tuesday morning, 9am, the story will continue.”

They gave us a couple of options on the work, at two different price points, and the installation they did was impeccable—beautifully done. “These guys work for Yellow Bird most the time. Started out doing a wonderful job. Thought they would finish strong, but the next day the city inspector asked if I was painting. Of course I said no. Turns out these guys were stealing my new breakers and replacing them with old ones. The older gents that installed my new breaker box were great. The younger kids that were stealing my new breakers after their first team installed them were not so great. The kid returned one of my breakers because he had to because the inspector failed them, said his boss was upset, but I think if he was he would have fired the kid. My brother thinks he was told to steal, imagine that. I suggest taking pictures of before and after work to insure a great job. Thank you to my city inspector.”
