About

Long Horn Electrical Contracting Service operates as an electrician out of Castroville, TX, taking on both home and industrial electrical service calls. The region deals with intense heat, frequent storms, and plenty of older wiring that causes trouble for houses and businesses on a regular basis. Crews respond to issues on farms and in warehouses where power problems stem from weather damage or just years of use. They manage panel upgrades and run new circuits when needed to keep things working in barns or larger sites. Homeowners and industrial operators alike call them in when breakers trip or outlets fail without warning.

They handle installing new outlets, fixing breaker problems, and doing repairs on electrical systems connected to cooling units. One job involved an air conditioning issue that needed attention right away, and a crew member got there the same day the call came through. The fix took about twenty minutes once on site, getting the unit running again without a long wait. Drivers from the company appear on roads like Zaragoza during their rounds. Some accounts mention vehicles moving well below the speed limit and creating backups, or making sudden turns that force others to brake sharply at intersections, even when other drivers have the right of way.

Customers note the fast response times and effective repairs on basic jobs such as the air conditioning work, along with good speed in cases where everything lines up. At the same time, reports highlight gaps in how the company keeps in touch and issues with how their trucks are driven that hurt the scores on cost and dependability overall. These mixed results from straightforward service calls and road incidents add up to the final rating. DIRT Score 2.71 from 23 reviews on Finds.

Driver #79 (7/6 12pm) drives 15 under the speed limit and he blocks traffic. Traffic hazard, if speed is being monitored, they need to let traffic pass and move over.

Apart from bad service one of them, got in my way at an intersection on Zaragoza keep in mind I had the right away and he decided to turn while I’m coming at 40mph and worse thing I had my 6 year old son. So upset I had to stop hard and honk and he did not even care just went about his sorry life. Not a good picture for you all
