They show up with the right tools to trace issues quickly, such as tripped breakers or loose connections behind walls, and they finish by testing everything before they leave the site. Local homes face extra wear on electrical setups because of constant AC use and occasional high winds, so these crews know to check for corrosion and secure connections that last.

What Customers Say
“Wow. What an absolutely unbelievable level of incompetence from Dr. Monica Denning’s office. I called in JANUARY to schedule an appointment, placed it on my calendar like any responsible adult would, arranged my schedule months later to be there today — only to be told by the receptionist, in a whisper so soft it was almost impossible to understand, that apparently I “didn’t have an appointment.” Interesting. Meanwhile, while patients are standing at the front desk trying to sort out scheduling disasters, the back office staff can clearly be heard laughing, chatting, and carrying on like it’s a social hour instead of a professional medical office. This is not the first time this office has mishandled appointments, and the most impressive part is the complete lack of concern afterward. No accountability. No urgency. No attempt to make it right. Just a casual “you can make another appointment in September and pay $77 to secure your appointment .” Perfect. Because clearly patients have unlimited time, unlimited patience, and unlimited money to waste fixing mistakes they didn’t make. On another note, getting a copy of your medical records requires a prepayment of $25 for the first 25 pages and then $.50 for each additional page. Your records will be ready for pick up after 15 days. How ridiculous is this ? I almost never leave negative reviews — in fact this is my first one — because I understand businesses can have bad days. But the repeated disorganization, aloof attitude, and unprofessional atmosphere in this office finally earned one. Patients deserve better than being treated like an inconvenience after waiting months for care.”
“I had been going to this clinic since Dr. Martinez had it. Then Maldonado took over. When I called to make an appointment to get my usual refills they told me I would have to wait for six months. 6 mo the to see her and get my prescriptions. I said I cant just stop my hormones just like that. They said I'm sorry but our appointments are 6 months out. So I went from managing my menopause to being in full blown menopause with hit flashes and night sweats and mood swings. This was the worst 6 months of my life. I gain 30 lbs just waiting to get in to get my refills. As soon as I saw her and she thought it was so coll that she had a 6 month wait I decided to find me a new doctor. I would never recommend her to anyone. Staff was just as bad as she was.”
“Dr. Denning is such a wonderful doctor. It's obvious that she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I highly recommend her.”
“Truthfully speaking to all the patients that were with Dr. Martinez she was absolutely amazing!!! Her empathy and bedside manner she really cared for all of us very sad. When she turned the practice over to Dr.Maldonado it has become the worse place money hungry uses older patients if you have disposable money to lose then it’s the place for you . Instead and now that’s the focus now! Dr.Martinez is truly missed she made a difference in people lives. This place is not for older patients customer service is bad ! Please Find a Doctor that truly cares cares about patients. Not charge you for a missed appointment that you gave them three days in advance and tell you when you make another appointment you will be charged again another deposit that tells me the dollar is more important beware !”
