“Just had some work done by the team from TechPro. TechPro was sourced by a third party through a franchise and I’m glad they were selected. Quality work, Adrian was on top of the project when the third party dropped the ball, great cable management, clean setup, and seamless integration. Any business that chooses TechPro is making a great choice.”

“Other than the one time we used them several years ago and wrote a very nice review, it has been nothing but high prices ever since (even after clearly expressing our desire for them to be conservative when designing their solution). They quoted us $18k for an audio system to provide background music in our business. Then recently quoted us $17k for a cellular signal booster. That was after the $300 fee charged for the on-site survey. Unfortunately, we can't begin to explain what changed and we also can't leave our positive review up encouraging others to do business with this company as we would no longer do business ourselves with TechPro Audio & Video. (Prior Review) Very impressive company. Mark and Travis did an exceptional job on our installation. They are extremely detailed and exceeded our expectations in every way. Even took the personal time and effort to adjust equipment to our specific needs. Hands down the only people to call for audio and video in El Paso! (No longer recommended by reviewer.)”

“AWESOME SERVICE!!! I emailed to get a price quote, and within 1 hour, we are scheduling an appointment. I was surprised that someone was able to come out that same day, and within less than 1 1/2 hours from my initial call. Mark, and I didn't catch the other gentleman's name were awesome, went over my charges and assured me that my 65 in tv was NOT going anywhere lol. If I could give them a 10/5 stars I would.
