About

OzarksGo, Llc works as electricians out of Fayetteville, TX, and operates as a subsidiary of Ozarks Electric Cooperative. The company handles electrical needs for homes and businesses while also running fiber internet, TV, and phone lines across parts of the region including nearby spots like Springdale and Prairie Grove. Homeowners in this part of Texas deal with heavy storms and high summer heat that strain wiring and panels, so the crew stays ready for calls on outages and upgrades. Their background in the cooperative gives them a direct line to local power systems that many outfits lack.

Electricians from OzarksGo handle panel replacements when old breakers trip during heat waves, run new circuits for added rooms or workshops, and fix grounding issues after lightning strikes common in the area. They also pull wire for fresh construction on the outskirts of Fayetteville where new builds pop up fast, and they troubleshoot whole-house problems like flickering lights or overloaded outlets that show up in older farmhouses. Crews show up with the right tools to trace faults without tearing up walls, and they coordinate with the cooperative side when a job touches both power lines and the fiber network that runs through the same poles.

Customers keep coming back because the electricians show up quick on service calls, do clean work that holds up through the rough weather, and charge straight rates without padding the bill. Communication stays clear from the first phone call through the final walkthrough so homeowners know exactly what gets fixed and why. That steady record on speed, quality, price, and updates adds up across hundreds of jobs. DIRT Score 3.25 from 365 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

“Internet went out Friday was told by customer service after troubleshooting, a field tech would call to come out either Friday evening or Saturday morning. Never received any calls. Called back customer service a second time and was told “there’s nothing they can do.” The service rep Andrew could not provide me with a phone number to the field techs or a manager. Called back a third time on Saturday, and the rep said field techs could come out Sunday at 6pm. This is over 48 hours after the internet went out and I submitted my ticket. Also spent a total of over 2 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I told him this was unacceptable and that it should be addressed within 24 hours. His response was they don’t have many people that work weekends. He said they aren’t a “utility cont”

“The amount of times my “super fast” internet doesn’t work is insane. I’m switching to COX next week. Always buffering/loading, very frustrating The first three months it had my IP address in Europe, I had to call and have switched”

“I know a lot of people are excited about faster Internet and get lost in technology no matter what it does to every day life. Ozark go has been destroying the roads in Benton County trying to run the stuff for their fiber. I understand it takes some work to get it all done. But they are leaving trenches in the road or mounds of dirt 10 inches high across the road and not coming back and fixing it. They definitely have no work ethic or pride in how the business looks. They're definitely paid by the hour because in two months they haven't even got two miles of stuff ran”

“We are new customers and have not had a great experience thus far. First appt was the wrong crew for what we needed, the second appt came with no phone call and a supposed “door knock” that was not heard. Third appt, wifi was setup but we needed cat 6 cable ran for our cameras and he could not do that. So of course on the FOURTH appt setup they want to charge us a $100 service call fee to come back out there for the cable. Not impressed. We are new customers trying to get our new house setup. Either send the right crew and have what is needed the first time or don’t waste your time with this company. Wish we would’ve done starlink this round.”

“This is by FAR the best internet service I've ever had. I've lived in Los Angeles, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Roanoke, New Mexico, Colorado, small towns, the boonies, you name it. OzarksGo is the fastest, most consistent, and least expensive internet service around, so far above Windstream, Cox, AT&T, and Dish as to be in a class by themselves. I've had little need for tech support through the years, so I can't speak to that. The only outages we've ever had were due to extreme weather events. I literally cannot think of a single negative thing to say about their service, prices, app, or customer service. I pay $50/month and can stream and connect 6 devices with no problems. A++++ all around.”

“This internet package is the shoe parable in action: it is the cheapest tier, I have no need for a lot of Internet power. I also have a strict budget. I don't go anywhere, ever. I go to work, where I might look at my phone or send 4 messages all day, and then I come home. My phone's network pings off of my Internet. So follow me: every couple of months of so my Internet goes out and I don't find out immediately because my only device is my phone and it just goes to WiFi and I don't notice... Until I get the bill and it's twice as much. The Internet company fixes their end when I call, they might politely offer credits to help on their end. But it doesn't change my doubled phone internet bill. So by having just as much internet as I can afford and need with only one device attached, I still”

“As a returning customer that has no other choice to return due to availability my experience is already less than par. Why tell your customers the wait is 7-10 business days and then tell us it’ll be over 14days??? This is ridiculous and if I had a choice I would have stuck with ATT.”

“My experience with OzarksGo fiber optic cable has mostly been good, and the customer service has been very good, too. The only issue is that I get disconnected more often than I would expect.”

“I had to reconnect my TV's almost daily. Several outages and buffering constantly. I went with AT&T Air. Twice as fast and $10/month cheaper.”

“OzarkGo definitely deserves five stars!! Frist for bringing high speed internet to rural places in Arkansas! Second the staff is always super professional and friendly even when you keep calling!! Third.... they show up fix my problem in a MOSTLY timely fashion Every Time!! Two thumps way up for me.”
