Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric runs its operation from Fort Smith, TX with crews that focus on electrical work as one of their core trades. The company covers homes and small commercial spots across the area by sending out licensed electricians who manage everything from routine wiring repairs to full panel replacements. Their setup lets them pull in plumbing or HVAC support when an electrical job overlaps with those systems, which keeps projects moving without extra subcontractors. Local homeowners call them for issues that pop up in the mix of older houses and newer builds that define Fort Smith neighborhoods.

Electricians on their team handle installing new outlets and lighting fixtures, tracing down short circuits that trip breakers during the heavy rains and wind that hit the region, and upgrading old fuse boxes that cannot keep up with modern appliances. They run new circuits for garage workshops or kitchen remodels, replace damaged wiring exposed by age or rodents, and test grounding systems to prevent shocks. Work starts with a clear walkthrough of the problem, followed by straightforward fixes that avoid cutting corners on code requirements common in Texas inspections. Crews carry the tools to complete most calls in one visit, whether the job is a simple switch replacement or pulling wire through attic spaces in the summer heat.

Homeowners keep coming back because the electrical repairs hold up without callbacks, the crews explain options in plain terms before any work starts, and the bills match what was quoted. Speed on outage calls and consistent quality on panel upgrades earn the strongest mentions, while price transparency avoids the markups that frustrate people on other jobs. That record adds up across more than a thousand reviews. DIRT Score 4.74 from 1330 reviews on Finds.

“I am so pleased with Paschal! They came out to fix my Air Conditioning and had me feeling cool again in such a short time. “I have a water leak in my slab and Kyle Dozier and his partner, I can’t remember his name, did a leak detection for me. They were both helpful, kind,, and informative. I am set up with you for repairs Monday the 27th. They are wonderful guys and so helpful. I am sure the repair guys coming will be also. Thank you for being so prompt and thorough!”

“Our salesman Dillon made the process super simple and answered ever question we could think of. As well our technicians Yael and Bryson were awesome and professional, keeping us informed as the process continued. Everyone was understanding of our pets and worries of open doors during the instal and we had zero accidents! 5/5 would recommend to neighbors who aren't already apart of the Paschal family”

“Stetson was awesome! Very thorough and kind and was able to find the source of our musty smell. I was able to get service within two hours of my call. Will definitely use Paschall again.”

“We had three different teams from Pascal Heating, HVAC, and Electric come to our home yesterday. While every technician we interacted with was polite, respectful, and clearly skilled in their respective areas, we unfortunately cannot say that we are satisfied with how everything went overall. First, no one notified us that they would be arriving that morning. It’s not the end of the world, but it was definitely a surprise first thing in the day to find a crew at the door without any notice or time to prepare the space. The electricians did a great job and were efficient and professional. The team that installed our new hot water heater was also competent and worked quickly — however, they installed the unit on a platform so small that it now completely blocks access to our water main shu”

“Colton was super helpful and knowledgeable. I called yesterday evening and had my unit fixed first thing this morning. Happy about the whole experience”

“Colton is excellent at his job and very personable. His assistant Bryson will make a great technician as he grows. He highly respects Colton and his abilities and was very clear about that. The two of them made this an easy installation. Pascal is now my go to.”

“Joe came and tuned up our air conditioning system. He is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Enjoyed talking with him and hope to see him again.”

“Joe was very professional, quick, and thorough! He didn't mind giving me advice and checking to make sure our unit was running as good as it can. I will be calling again for any HVAC needs”

“Mr Crump did a great job taking care of me! I own a tiny home that has had a weird laundry list of problems. I am not from around here, didn’t know where to turn. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Part of my plumbing broke and he took great care of it all in the same day of me contacting the company!”
