“Nicholas is a very knowledgeable and professional young man with very high people skills! He and James are a credit to your company. Nick let me know throughout the whole process of what was going on and how much it would cost. Technicians are this are a rare find. “What started as “toilets making noise” (post winter storm) early February 2026 had cascaded into pure chaos. To remedy I had called a competitor to perform a valve repair. Less than 24 hours later, the toilets were making noise louder than they were. We were getting notifications from the City of Ft. Worth about a possible Water Leak detection. Called the competitor back to check his work. He then attached a water pressure gauge to inform me that my Water Pressure was substantially high (around 95 psi). Most fixtures within the residential surroundings are set to perform optimally at around 75 psi. This gentleman went on to tell me that I needed a PRV valve and expansion tank to remedy the problem, and that that the City of Ft Worth doesn’t notify its residents when changing the pressure during construction etc. He then quoted me a substantial price. Fast Forward a week later I wanted a 2nd opinion so I called Berkeys! Berkeys sent out a Plumber named Clayton who was more than knowledgeable and helpful. He informed us that that while it’s true we would need a PRV valve and expansion tank, it would be beneficial and productive to just go ahead and replace our 10 year old toilets w”

“Your service guy was very very knowledgeable. I needed him to evaluate how both my A/C and furnace were performing and also to inspect the outdoor fan unit for AC. He checked to make sure I didn’t have a clog that previously caused a drip from a drain by the back porch eve of the house. He inspected everything in the attic and we discussed the age of both AC and furnace. Again his inspection was great and I definitely will call your company when I need anything. “With all of their advertising, I expected Berkeys to be overpriced and overhyped, but I was at the end of my rope after two failed visits over 8 days from A/C repair companies arranged by my useless home warranty company. Berkeys was able to get someone to my home within 36 hours of my call, and in less than an hour after arriving had my system up and running again. My technician, Jay D., was friendly and efficient. He did offer--but didn't hard sell--an annual "maintenance" contract with Berkeys, and after explaining the cost under that arrangement vs their standard repair pricing it was actually a no-brainer to take the contract through the end of the year. It's already paid for itself as I'm scheduled to have their plumbing team come and drain/refill a water heater for me (included under the annual contract but which has been priced at up to $250 from other plumbers.) All in all, I couldn't have had a better experience, and will certainly recommend Berkeys to friends and neighbors.”

“I had a problem with my gas meter & Atmos came out replaced it, turned off the gas and turned it back on and my hot water heater wouldn’t work. Atmos was of no help to me. They told me to get somebody out to fix it and I could file a claim which I will. I doubt I’ll get anything but I will file a claim. I contacted Berkeys to see about the special that they had for $1948 for a new water heater with 12 years parts and labor included and asked how quickly they could come out and replace it because I don’t think fixing it was worth it it was over 20 years old. They worked with me scheduled it for the next day. The two technicians came about noon and we’re done by around 2:00pm Mr Menedez and his assistant were very professional; walked me through every step of the way: when they were installing they let me know what was going on and also answered any questions that I had. After the installation was complete, they made sure all of the lines worked and told me it would take a few hours for the hot water to heat which it did and it’s working now. “I called Berkeys because I had a backed up kitchen sink. When Robert arrived, he was so kind to my mom, loved in our pups and bit and then got to work. Through conversation he also ended up taking care of our scalding hot water as well as fixing the cold water in my moms restroom shower. He kept us informed the whole time as far as price goes. “Berkeys Technician, Chris Kohn, arrived as scheduled to install lighting fixtures at the entrance to my home. He was courteous, respectful, professional and thorough. Before starting the installation, he informed me of new codes, breaker hazards, etc. After the first light was installed, he tested it before proceeding with the second installation. After each installation, he used a level to insure that each fixture was straight and at the correct angle. I especially appreciated his attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with him.”

“We had Two Appts. with the Technicians from "Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical" on 01/29/2026. First was for a Licensed Plumbing Technician (Eric Brunken) & the Second was for a Master Electrician (Edgar Zavala). The communication system with the Berkeys is great from the Receptionists to the Technicians. They inform you about 30 to 60 minutes ahead of when the Technician is headed to your home with the Technician's name & his picture which is great. The Staff and the Technicians are very good at Berkeys. Both Mr. Brunken & Mr. Zavala were Well Mannered, Friendly but Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, they took their time in explaining their findings, gave recommendations for improvement where needed in the Plumbing & Electrical Systems of the house respectively and Mr. Brunken was very Meticulous in his Plumbing Work that he did at our house during this appt. We have been with Bekeys since 2024, we have had quite a bit of work done in our house through them and we are very very happy with the company, their staff and their work. We wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Berkeys to anyone, to our friends and to our family.”
