About

Cajero Electric Llc operates as electricians out of Fort Worth, Texas. They handle residential electrical work on new construction homes and existing properties around the area. Homeowners in this part of Texas often deal with panel issues from rushed builder installs and need reliable crews to sort out power problems before they worsen. The company shows up for both planned jobs and emergency calls when main breakers fail or systems go down completely. Their focus stays on getting wires run and panels set right so houses stay powered without constant callbacks.

They take on tasks like correcting main panel installations where breakers burned out from poor initial work and caused total power loss on new houses. Crews have run cables for up light setups after builders pointed customers their way and completed the lighting work quickly once on site. Technicians arrive to inspect panels during outages but sometimes leave issues unresolved according to reports. Service calls cover emergency responses for burned breakers and general electrical fixes but results vary based on how the team handles the job from start to finish.

Customers note fast arrival times on certain lighting installs yet repeatedly flag bad quality on panel work that led to power failures and warranty headaches. Phone interactions come across as annoyed and unhelpful which frustrates people needing quick answers. Employee driving habits have also drawn complaints for creating road hazards during commutes. These patterns across reviews point to ongoing problems with execution and service that drag the overall rating down. DIRT Score 2.2 from 20 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

stay away from this company , we lost power due to the main panel on our new house not boeing installed correctly . the main breaker burned up do to bad instal. where assured it was under warranty. we requested an emergency service as we totally with out power . the tech show up looked at the panel and said “not my problem” and left,”-. i called back and was told the tech was coming back. he never did return . we ended up having base power buy us a breaker and install it at our cost . To add insult to injury they called back to day 4 days latter to see if we wanted to reschedule for this week . sure we like being with out power and paying for warranty work

IF YOURE GOING TO HIRE ELECTRICS HIRE THIS GUYS !! When I bought my brand new house I asked the builder, who had installed their up lights? and they told me : Incharge electric did . I immediately contacted them and hire them to do the job . The guys came out super fast , ran cables and put my lights right where I needed them / wanted them . When you buy a new house you’re very skeptical about everything specially me being a perfectionist so I was out there with them the whole time . They showed me the process and how difficult it was to run cables through walls in order to make the job look professional . With that said they even went out of the way and installed a sensor so that the lights could turn on during the night and off during the day . This guys went all out , but the one who was the super star was the manager from Fort Worth . His name is John , guy is a class act and very respectful. He came out and took time out of his day to make sure his team did a good job . I AM BEYOND HAPPY AND THIS FOLKS GOT MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE . John you’re the man !! Thank you sir for going out of your way to make sure the job was done well .

I can't speak for this companies work, but I can speak to the character of those they hire. Today ,while driving, one of their employees decided to drive side by side with me in the same lane. He was extremely close to hitting and put me at great risk. He needed to be in my lane to turn right and had no space to come over, except for being side by side with me. If the folks they employ don't care for my safety on the road, I can't believe they would care about electrical either. Thankfully no one got hurt... this time. The license plate for the truck was JFZ 8642.

If I can put 0 I would have Bad customer service Rude on the phone They act like they are very annoyed with you calling them The lady that she answered me was very rude on the phone I understand that this industry is very busy, but customer service should be customer service It’s funny how people are putting it on Covid and they are busy It has nothing to do with it It’s all about training and put the people in place And if the owner care about his business He, or she will make sure that the people who works and represent them are professional I’m hoping that this will go to as many people So they will not work with Incharge Electric

Trevor and Caden did a great job installing multiple TVs! Showed up on time, executed well, and were very kind! 5 stars on all scales!!
