“I purchased an AC from Comfort Experts and had them put in an additional return. The salesman said they would unkink my duct work when they installed the AC and that never happened. Read the contracts line by line because they just rushed me through the paperwork and never told me a lien would be put on my house. The salesman said the installation manger would discuss with me where to put my new return and he showed up asking me where to put the return like I am the AC professional. The salesman ensured me they would put down floor protection and the extent of what they put down was a box under the ceiling when they cut it out. To top it all off I did not hear anything from the company until they wanted to come out and do an electrical inspection on my house. They have good lip service until they get their check then you won't hear from them.”

Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber.
