Double A Electric
Electrician · Fort Worth, TX
About
Double A Electric is based in Weatherford, Texas and handles electrical work for homes throughout the region. Electricians from this outfit deal with the demands of Texas heat that keeps air conditioners running nonstop and the occasional severe weather that damages lines. Common issues include tripped breakers, faulty outlets, and the need for whole house surge protection. They send crews in company trucks to address these problems on a regular basis. Homeowners in the area often call for help with panel upgrades and lighting repairs to keep everything working through the seasons.
Crews from Double A Electric respond to calls for electrical repairs and installations across Weatherford and nearby spots. They work on things like replacing old switches, running new circuits for additions, and checking grounding to prevent hazards. Trucks head out daily to jobs where power problems disrupt daily life, such as when a storm hits or when a homeowner adds a workshop. The focus stays on getting the job done so lights stay on and appliances run without issues in the local climate. Routes often take them onto highways and side roads to reach properties on time.
Customers have raised repeated concerns about truck operation on roads like I20 and Crowley Road, with reports of truck 26 speeding and cutting off other drivers in a 40 mph zone while giving dirty looks, truck 27 swerving at high speed and nearly causing multiple wrecks, and another vehicle tailgating closely with bright lights in a 35 mph area. These patterns point to shortfalls in speed control, safety habits, and overall conduct that drag down marks for quality and communication. DIRT Score 2.35 from 12 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Whoever is running this company should put some rules on driving something called SAFTEY which I don’t think they implement in this company. Time to put speedometers in the trucks or a camera. It is ridiculous the way he was on my tale in a 35 mph area with his bright lights on. Once he got in the freeway he was going over 85 mph in a 55 road work area. I looked at the other reviews and it looks like this company is being ran by people with no common sense. Makes your company look bad. I had never heard of it , and I’d definitely never use it .”
“I don’t normally do this but this needs some immediate attention. 9/16/24 0854 and was behind this truck exiting Crowley rd from I20. Driver near slammed into the barrier on the exit, sending dirt and debris flying everywhere. I slowed down and watch him go south on Crowley rd, swerving. I immediately knew something was up with this guy - I would be assuming but drunk was the first thing that came to mind. We came to the first light and he just barreled right thru the red light, no hesitation at all. My heart sank as a car nearly took their green light but didn’t saving herself from being t boned (picture attached as I saw it about to happen - that’s why the quality isn’t very good) I continued home and watched from a distance as he barreled through ANOTHER red light. He pulled into a Kwik Kaw Lube on Mcart and Crowley rd. Heavier set man in a bright orange shirt. Quickly exited the truck and walked inside. I pulled into the lot, took down the co name and number. I called their number listed on this truck this but no answer. Get this guy off the road!!! Unacceptable!! The back of his truck said warehouse manager.”
“Was driving down the road today and one of their trucks number truck 26 zoomed around me in a 40 mph zone after 5pm. He was breaking the speed limit then he got in front of me cut me off and then proceeded to give me dirty looks from his side mirror as if I was doing something wrong because I was following the speed limit. Doesn’t seem very professional to me and he looked like a slob. I tried to call the company to report it but every time I called no one answered it didn’t even ring as if it was disconnected.Hopefully he won’t kill somebody on his way home on the weekend so at least other people can live to enjoy their’s”
“Person driving truck number 27 was driving reckless on 20. Going at least 25 mph over the speed limit and nearly caused 3 accidents swerving in and out of cars.”
“If you need to have your electrical done correctly. Double Eagle Electric is the company to get a hold of, the service is great everyone involved did a great job. Owner Marshall has a great crew onboard: I want to thank Dale, Mike, David, Patrick and roughly 6 other workers that I never go to talk to or didn't introduce myself to. True professionals, Beers on me guys. I would highly recommend Doube Eagle Electric to anybody who has any electrical problems or projects they work and deal with all residential commercial or industrial projects.”
