“Had a power outage at the house at 9:10 this morning. Not just the power going out either. We had sparks and smoke coming from the electrical box and had to shut everything down. I called Milestone and they were able to get someone out the same day. Logan was our electrician and he was fantastic. He checked everything, showed me exactly where the damage was, and walked me through what happened and what it would take to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable, but also explained things in a way that actually made sense. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was just being told something was broken and this is what it costs. Logan showed me what he was seeing, why it happened, and why certain work was necessary. When you're standing there looking at a breaker box that was just throwing sparks and smoke, you want to know the person working on it knows exactly what they're doing. It didn't take long talking with Logan to feel comfortable that we were in good hands. He really represented Milestone well and showed me the level of expertise they have on their team. “Clayton Berryhill did a wonderful job of communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. Great work, he got us up and running after we were without air conditioning (temp in house was up to 82 degrees inside) for 15 hours. In just a short time, we could feel air circulating, so that felt great and eventually our inside temp was back to normal. He told us two parts had to be ordered and would come back to get those installed later in the week. During that whole time, the ac was working so we were cool the entire time. “Jose did a great job! He arrived on time letting us know when he would be here. Did great work explain to us what he was doing and why. However was disappointed when I called to make the appointment for our spring tune up. Milestone installed a new ventilation system that uses different filters. When I called to make my appointment I asked him to bring new filters with them and they acted like I did they didn't know what I was talking about and ultimately did not bring any filters.”

They both took extra time to resolve our issue and additionally let us know about the overall condition of the systems and what problems we might need to anticipate going forward. “I will never use Milestone again. I had my HVAC replaced by them and when it came to using the warranty almost 10 years later, I got the run around. They came to my house, charged 170 for diagnostic testing - only to tell me they needed to do more testing for $2k. And that testing would take multiple days. I feel like all they do is continue to find any reason to charge you as much as humanly possible. I ended up going with a different hvac team that fixed the issue and worked with the manufacturer for the warranty. Why did it have to be like pulling teeth with them?? I will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone.”

“I scheduled an online appointment with Milestone to repair an outdoor broken j-box, plug, switch and bubble cover tied to our pool equipment and they sent Robert Keyser to our residence. He was on-time, personable and very knowledgeable. Once Robert assessed what needed to be done, he got right to work. Unfortunately, in the middle of the repair a rain event moved through and I offered to let Robert come in until it passed but he kept going. He grabbed a tarp out of his truck and was able to cover the area so he could continue the repair. Robert went above and beyond and I will ask for Robert’s services the next time I need an electrician!”
