“Just wanted to say "thanks" to NTex Solar for the very professional service I have received. I called on a Sunday afternoon. Tanya returned my call Monday morning and informed me Jake would call later in the day, which he did. He explained how the procedure would work, answered my questions, and stated he'd try to get me in Thursday. I never felt rushed during our phone call. Justin and Cameron came Thursday afternoon. Justin was on the phone w/Solar Edge in maybe five minutes and completed the assessment with Solar Edge in under half an hour. There was no milking the clock with these guys. There was a hiccup with the assessment (no fault of Justin's) and I explained the same thing happened to me last week.
