What Customers Say

“My experience with Superior Appliance Repair was fantastic. I called around before choosing them, and they had by far the best service fee, customer service, and answer time. Their scheduling was flexible, and the technician arrived on time. My refrigerator/freezer had stopped cooling, within an hour the issue was diagnosed and the part (which they showed me the price for transparency) was installed. I would highly recommend Superior Appliance Repair, and will be giving them my business again in the future.”

“Our dishwasher sprung a link. Called Superior Appliances Repair. They sent out Raymond A. He couldn't speak english, but did his best to communicate via pointing and pictures. He could order the needed part and be out to repair in 2-3 days. We paid about half of the total cost up front (fine by me - cover the cost of the first trip, ordering the part, etc) and now haven't heard anything from Raymond A. or Superior for over a week. I've sent three emails, two texts and called multiple times - leaving unanswered voicemails. We used them once in the past and the work was done fine - then they asked for us to leave them a positive review and they would refund $15. So, I'm not skeptical of all of their positive reviews. Can someone from the company please contact me with either a refund or the work completed? Thank you! Update: I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Our dishwasher has been fixed and is running well. Raymond apologized and admitted that he was supposed to reach out to us to let us know that the part had been delayed in shipping, but that he forgot. I can appreciate that. I recognize that it was his responsibility, but I'm still surprised I never heard back directly from the company after multiple attempts. Without the communication snafu, everything else was fine.”

“I had issues with my electric dryer, made an appointment next day. The repairman gave me message that they were on their way and showed up in the time slot, which is very nice. He did a quick diagnostic, determined it was a bad electrical part, had it in his van and fixed it all in less than an hour. Really impressive and no hassle, plus the dryer works perfectly now. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I have aan old (vintage 2000 Whirlpool fridge that I have been told to hold onto as I will never find a new one as reliable. I just moved it from Florida to Texas last month and it died. Farr from Superior was quick in diagnosing the problem as a bad thermostat and was able to get the hardware in and replaced in 3 days. Fridge works great once again! Great job!”

“My Maytag Bravos MCT stopped washing, after the diagnostic was completed, it was determined that my Agitator was broken. Part had to be ordered, arrived within the time frame given to me, was notified, and appointment was set up to finish up the repair. Had some issues getting the damaged part off, however, Raymond worked diligently to get it removed, and finished the repair. Thank You.”
