About

Woodbridge Industries Inc operates out of Ft Worth, TX as a specialty contractor focused on electrical work. The company maintains its base at 2241 Handley Ederville Rd and handles projects across the local area for both homes and businesses. Their electrical services cover standard installations and repairs that homeowners in this part of Texas often need due to the heat and storms that hit the region. Notes on their profile confirm they stick to electrical trades as a core specialty without branching into unrelated fields on paper. Local demand keeps them busy with power distribution and facility equipment jobs that come up regularly in Ft Worth neighborhoods.

Woodbridge handles tasks like storm door lock repairs and full window replacements where one installer works on a single opening at a time to keep things orderly. Customers have noted cases where new storm doors were built to fit exact locations and came with lifetime warranties after careful setup by techs such as Ben. Sliding screen door fixes have also come up with orders placed for replacements that took weeks to arrive. The crew works on high quality doors at fair prices when the job moves forward and they complete installations in a professional way without rushing the details on site.

Review patterns show repeated problems with phone access and follow up calls that leave jobs sitting for months without resolution while some note solid results on the actual door work itself. Speed and communication draw the most complaints with people unable to reach anyone after initial promises while quality and price get occasional credit when the installer shows up. These mixed outcomes from sixteen reviews explain the overall rating earned through real customer experiences. DIRT Score 2.25 from 16 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I can’t reach them to repair the lock on my storm door. First they said they would have someone call me. Then I got voice mail. No response. Now the phone lines are apparently disconnected.

Had a very good experience with Woodbridge and installer they hired. I was told with all going on they might not be able to start my windows until around Christmas. Beginning of December my windows were ready to be installed. The man they hired to install windows replaced one window at a time and had all 10 of my widows replaced in one day! He came back the next day to finish all the detail work. I love my window! Thank you Woodbridge.

This is my second experience with Woodbridge. They have now installed two storm doors for me that come with a lifetime warranty. Each door is made to a specific need given its location. High quality doors for a fair price and they were installed in a careful, professional manner. Ben was my installer for my second door... you would’ve never known any work took place - Ben was meticulous throughout the installation without wasting time. Tom has been my salesperson in both cases. I tell him what I need, he matches my needs with door samples, I make my choice. Bam! Another field rep comes out to verify the initial measurements BEFORE the door is made for me (nice attention to detail). Lastly, my Veteran discount is much appreciated, thank you Woodbridge!

We have been since the last of April trying to get our sliding screen door fixed. They told us they would order a new door and it would take about six weeks. We are now in July door is still not fixed. Nobody will return my calls. You never can talk to the same person twice. Nobody with this company seems to care if thing get fixed. They want to sell the product but not stand behind it.will not recommend this company to friend or family.

The estimate appointment made us feel like we were being sold a timeshare, just kept going and going, PowerPoint and video presentation (should have been the warning sign). The final reveal was $64,000 for 24 windows BUT if we decided to buy that night along with my military discount would only be $46,000. When we good the job done last month (and will admit did double pane not triple) the final cost was $14,580. Comparison shop diligently would be my recommendation people
