What Customers Say
“I appreciate the professionalism of Lee but so far early on I wish there was another provider in my area. I’ve had Fiber before and never had issues of losing service for hours or maintenance being done during the day. My wife and I work from home and it’s basically crossing my fingers every day hoping it doesn’t disconnect. I don’t want to have to get Starlink because of cost because I may need to in order to have a more consistent connection.”
“We recently switched our entire commercial office complex phone and internet from Spectrum after a remarkable string of service interruptions over many months, so we moved to Nexstream and have so far been quite pleased. We're new to their service but what I can say is their local techs are very good- smart, friendly and accommodative. They were able to convert ancient building infrastructure into a functioning network for a dozen separate businesses. Lee and Ethan were our techs and I've found them to be exceptional representatives for the company. Spectrum has no one and no physical presence in the area, you'd be lucky to get an outsourced tech to show up and solve any problems- they're obsessed with no having to deal with the customer in person. But Nexstream seems to take a more traditional approach to valuing their customers and looking to establish a long-term relationship with them. Thanks!”
“NextStream was amazing! We had our line cut by landscapers and they sent out their technician, Rick, within 30 minutes of my call. Rick was able to splice our line and get our WiFi running again. He was above and beyond!! Thank you 🙏🏻”
“Horrible customer service and unreliable. I left a couple of voicemails and never had my call returned. I finally texted the third week of June and heard back in a couple of days; I was told the prices, via text, and informed they were a month behind on installs. That was June 29. I never heard back and texted August 13, asking for an estimated ETA on the install. That text was never responded to.”
“Internet was constantly going out. I'd have to call to get it turned on. This happend 2 or 3 times a week till the end were it was daily. They were great about getting their Eqt. And canceling my subscription”
