He never disclosed his minimum rate on the phone, waiting until he was walking out the door to demand $150. When I texted him later that springing surprise fees is poor practice, his defensive reply was that I "should have asked" and that his hidden fee is usually $250. ​2. Zero Situational Awareness: I let him park his motorcycle in my garage to avoid community parking registration. When leaving, instead of rolling it outside, he fired up the loud exhaust inside the enclosed garage without warning, severely startling my one-year-old child. His texted excuse? Because I politely complimented his bike earlier, he found it "strange" I would complain about the deafening noise. ​3.
