For context they replaced a ten year old single stage Carrier with a variable speed 20 Seer Trane, added another zone to our home and completed all in one day. It was NOT plane sailing! The install took nearly >15 hours due to a manufacturing defect on the Trane condenser which was horrible to troubleshoot however the team stayed and worked the issue until nearly 1am, they used their own on call folks, their relationship with Trane to resolve the issue without ever calling it a day, saying they would be back tomorrow. You know when you've found a good team when they stick with you in the rough installs not just the easy ones. The final result is a whisper quiet AC system with three perfectly balanced zones in our home. Very happy and would recommend.”
