“This is the first time using benchmark electric and I was extremely pleased with their service. I had Glen and if I can give him more stars I would do it no questions asked. We had Glen since our initial appointment till the end. Glen is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, answered all our questions and he explained everything in detail. He replaced the whole electric panel in our home. I appreciate not only how detail he is but also for checking on us since I have two senior parents in my home and this was a long job. Communication was clear, he showed up on time, and walked me through everything before starting. The install is incredibly clean, professional, and looks like it came with the house. Wiring is neat, placement is perfect, and he made sure the charger was configured correctly and working before leaving. He also answered all my questions about charging the Taycan with the Tesla wall connector.
