“This is the first time using benchmark electric and I was extremely pleased with their service. I had Glen and if I can give him more stars I would do it no questions asked. We had Glen since our initial appointment till the end. Glen is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, answered all our questions and he explained everything in detail. He replaced the whole electric panel in our home. I appreciate not only how detail he is but also for checking on us since I have two senior parents in my home and this was a long job. “Five stars for Benchmark Electrical and Bryan Fuentes. He installed a Level 2 Tesla wall charger, hardwired, for my Porsche Taycan, and the entire experience was excellent. Communication was clear, he showed up on time, and walked me through everything before starting. The install is incredibly clean, professional, and looks like it came with the house. Wiring is neat, placement is perfect, and he made sure the charger was configured correctly and working before leaving. He also answered all my questions about charging the Taycan with the Tesla wall connector. If you want a clean, professional, hardwired Level 2 charger install, I highly recommend Benchmark Electrical. Bryan takes pride in his work and it shows. I would absolutely use them again.”

“This is our second time using Benchmark. Bryan was here both times and he was thorough and very helpful. He explains everything clearly. Last time he installed a home surge protector and bathroom vent fan/light. He left everything neat and tidy. This second time, he came out and diagnosed our power issue. He let us know that it's a power company issue and helped explain the problem to the company's support person. He then let us know what we could expect once Oncor comes out to check.
