He is honest and trustworthy. He always explained everything and advised me of things that are and were necessary and are and not necessary. His team is also excellent and trustworthy. I never have to call anyone back after a job is done. He is efficient and always on time and the team works clean. On occasion he has told me over the phone what I needed to do and what I could do to correct a very simple problem before it was necessary for him to come to my house. His advice was correct. Steve, the owner/tech, contacted me the day of and arrived on time. Steve not only completed the work efficiently but explained things to me in laymen’s terms. I also needed a transfer switch installed and we set up an appointment for that work as well. Steve showed up on time and completed the job promptly. He took the time to show me how to hook up my generator and do a practice run as if the power had gone out.
