“We are thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and problem-solving approach that Roy and the team at No Sweat Experts provided during our recent heat pump system replacement. We were referred to No Sweat Experts by a friend who told us she would never consider using another HVAC company after her experience with them. After working with Roy, we completely understand why. Our home is 53 years old and had a 15-year-old HVAC system that we knew needed replacement. During his evaluation, Roy identified several critical issues that other highly rated HVAC companies completely missed. Two rooms were not receiving adequate heating and cooling, the system suffered from severely inadequate return air, and the HVAC unit had been positioned in a way that made air filter replacement unnecessarily difficult. Rather than simply recommending a new system, Roy took the time to understand our concerns and develop practical, cost-effective solutions to each problem. I went a little overboard and obtained quotes from numerous HVAC companies in the area. Not one of them identified the issues Roy found or offered thoughtful solutions to address them. The installation team was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the pricing was very fair considering the additional modifications required. “This company was recommended by my realtor friend, Taty Cranshaw. Everything regarding replacing a burned-out furnace was seamless from start to finish. The lady who answers the phone (sorry I didn't get her name) was super nice, and professional. That was Monday. On Tuesday Daniel to come out to do the assessment. He was also very friendly and professional. My sister had to be home for me and be the "homeowner by proxy". He he no problem communicating with me via my sister over the phone. At one point my sister said, "Daniel said you need a new furnace". He chimed in and gently corrected her with, "No, I recommend a new furnace". Honesty- nice! He was also very patient about explaining various details of my options and why he recommended new. I decided to go with new, and by Tuesday, Maxim and his crew were on site replacing the unit. Now, my sister said these guys were more "brass tacks" with her, BUT they cooed at and were very sweet to my dog, who is an excellent judge of character. (PLEASE NOTE - I forgot to warn my sister, and she didn't know to put the dog outside for a service call. Do better than me, put your dog out/away.) Anyway, they were done within the 3 hours time they quoted to me. I don't know anything about HVAC systems, but it definitely looked better than how they found it. (For reference, if you cant tell, the Trane pic is the old unit and the Goodman is the new.) The following Monday I realized I had forgotten to ask for the owner's manual and warranty info, so I called up. The lady said she would register the unit for me and email me the confirmation in a few minutes, which she did. All the while, No Sweat also worked with my home warranty company through their claims center. There was also no issue whatsoever regarding that part of the process. All in all, something I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be such an easy-breezy experience. AND I also has several people more familiar with the industry tell me the total price of parts + labor was very reasonable. At this level of service, they have a new customer for life!”
